Radik is an agronomist from the village of Gay, of the Armavir region. He lives with his wife, as well as his school-aged daughter and son (17 and 16 years old), his mother, and his sister. Radik and his family members are engaged in cultivation of beans, cabbage, eggplant, peppers, greens, and alfalfa. They cultivate plants in the greenhouse. Radik sells the agricultural products in the local market. Farming is the only source of income for the family. To sustain his agribusiness Radik currently needs to make some investments. He needs a loan of 3,000 USD to purchase some necessary materials for building a greenhouse (pipes, cellophane), to buy some fertilizers, to purchase seeds of cucumber, pepper and greens, and to renovate the greenhouse. Radik and his family highly rely on the goodwill of the lenders. He will be very thankful to the lenders for helping his family collect the needed amount of loan to maintain and develop the agribusiness.
