Rozina is married, and a mother of two children who attend school. She owns a house that has electricity and piped water.
She sells cereals to earn a living. She always struggles to improve her stall, trying to sell more and save money, in order to have a more formal establishment. She is requesting a loan to buy sacks of maize grain, beans, rice and wheat for resale.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
