La A.C. “LAS ROSAS DEL TOLAR” Iniciarán el cuarto ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Patacamaya, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Lidia es la Presidenta Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: venta de leche y producción de papa.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Lidia es integrante, ella indica que hace cuatro años que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación de una vecina que es socia de la institución. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de producción de papa y venta de leche; cuenta que este negocio lo aprendió trabajando desde niña con sus padres quienes le enseñaron estos oficios.
