Juan Carlos
Juan is 30 years old and only studied up until the fourth grade, as his father didn't think that his studies were important. Juan has a partner who works in agriculture and two children, the oldest being now at school.

Juan has worked in agriculture since he was about 10 years old. His father always took him to work when they were planting maize, which is when he learnt how to do this job. In addition to planting maize, beans and sorghum, Juan also takes care of three cows. He has always liked having animals since they provide a way of sustaining the home.

Juan gets up very early to milk the cows and later goes to work. His partner is the one who leads the cattle to pasture. Getting through the day is a bit stressful, but he gives thanks to God for everything He has given him.

This loan will be invested in the purchase of four calves to fatten up, since after the harvest the stubble is left over for the cattle and it's a way to make some money.

Juan's dream is to one day have 10 dairy cows, see his children graduate as professionals, and buy a plot of land and build his own house, as he currently lives in his brother's house.
