Juliet is married with five children, and three of her children go to school. She operates a pub on a retail basis. She takes care of additional family members(cousin). She has been in this business for 6 year. She works six days a week.
She has applied for a loan of Uganda Shillings 700,000 from MCDT-SACCO to buy more crates of beer, soda, and local brew. Her major business challenges include seasonality and electricity.
She aspires to own a fully stocked pub and get a permanent business premises. She resides in her own house, and the family has access to electricity but does not have access to piped water. Her monthly expenses include bills and feeding the family.
