Garik is a farmer from Eghegnadzor city in the Vayots Dzor region. He lives with his wife and three school-age children (two daughters – 16 and 14 years old and one son – 5 years old).

To take care of his family Garik works in the private sector. However, the salary that he gets is so low that he cannot afford a living based on that salary alone. To be able to meet the needs of his family, Garik is engaged in breeding livestock (calves, pigs and hens) and in cultivating of fruits (peaches, apricots, apples, pears and walnut).

Farming is a very important source of income for Garik's family. He currently needs to enlarge his agribusiness a little bit to be able to address the increasing needs of his family. A loan of USD 3000 will be a huge support to this hard-working man, enabling him to purchase a pig, two calves and forage for the livestock. The family is very thankful to all the lenders for helping them collect the needed amount of loan to sustain their agribusiness.
