Porn is 40 years old and married, the mother of three children. One has settled into marriage already, so only two still depend on her income. She and her husband are raising their family in a village of Kampong Thom province.
To make a livelihood, she is dedicated to a pig-fattening business from her own home. She has been doing this for more than 10 years.
To help her sustain her business, she has applied for a loan of KHR 6,000,000 to buy more pigs and feed enough to provide enough nutrition for her pigs.
She believes that this loan will enable her to work out her plans, and she hopes that she will have a good profit when she sells her fattened pigs into the markets.
