Meet 37-year-old Marie from Waterloo 2 Western rural area in Freetown. She is married with two children. Her children are currently attending school. twenty years ago, Marie established her cake business. She began her business because she needed to create income to support the home. She works at the business twelve hours per day and seven days per week. She says that the main challenges to her business are lack of enough capital to expand her business and price inflation.
Marie requires a loan in order to buy flour, cooking oil, and sugar to expand her cake business.
