Sadio
Mrs. Sadio, age 38, is the married mother of one child. She is a teacher and has been working in this field for over five years. She is currently teaching in a village. As a sideline, Sadio started a commercial activity three years ago with a capital of 50,000F CFA. She buys school supplies at the start of the school year and sells them on site, in the schools. This is helpful to parents who no longer have to travel to town to buy these supplies.

Her profits are used to assist with her parents’ expenses and to pay her maid. Her own household expenditures are handled by her husband. This allows her to save money and to cover some personal expenses.

Her long term goal is to build a house with the financial support of IMCEC.
