Maksat has enrolled the American University of Central Asia, department of International and Business Law this year. Below he tells us how he decided to enter AUCA.

“In everyone’s life there comes a time to make important decisions that determine their future path. This is the issue of choice of profession. I have chosen the faculty of International and Business Law. The definition of law states that a lawyer is a person who practices law and delivers justice. The role of the lawyer varies significantly across legal jurisdictions. So, as regards to the above topic, I would like to become a lawyer. It is a profession which is to serve people.

I think the American University of Central Asia will prepare me to become a highly qualified specialist in international and business law systems, because it is a modern university with a western system of education that prepares good experts.

However, without any financial aid I will not be able to be part of it. I would be very grateful if you consider my candidacy for scholarship and give me an opportunity to acquire knowledge and also to realize my ambitions at AUCA.”
