Sheena and Chris are proud to cater to their tightknit community. They are forming partnerships with local universities, so that they can offer their students the genuine, southern, home-cooked dining experience that is hard to find in New Jersey.
Love, care and her grandmother’s inspiration go into every one of Sheena’s recipes. Her goal is to open new locations throughout the country, but for now, she plans to use her loan to purchase food inventory to set up her breakfast menu, so that she can break into a new target market.
