Don Alfonso, tiene 59 años de edad, es casado, tiene dos hijos y vive en Siguatepeque, Comayagua. Toda su vida la ha dedicado a la agricultura, lleva 16 años de dedicarse a cultivar café. La producción que saca la vende en el mercado local en pergamino y en uva. Ha obtenido varios prestamos con la institución para poder mantener sus cultivos. Actualmente ha solicitado otro por 10,000 lempiras con el cual va sembrar plantas de café y cubrirá los gastos de insumos y mano de obra. La meta propuesta es sembrar 1 1/2 manzana de café para incrementar los ingresos familiares.
