Aminata is 48 years old and lives in Montserrado County, which has the largest free-port and is the number one commercial county in Liberia. She is single with a child, aged 8, who is in school and lives at home.
Aminata has been selling rubber dishes, such as pans, plates, spoons, bowls, buckets, etc. for the past 10 years now. She started this business with money from her susu (local saving account) and she learned this business from her friends. Her favorite part about her business is the profits she generates every day. She is requesting a loan to purchase more pans, plates, spoon, bowls, and buckets for her business.
In the future, she wants to own a house. She appreciates the support of BRAC and she promises to pay back her loan on time.
