Lusik is a farmer from Getap village of Vayots Dzor region. Her family consists of her husband and her two school-age sons (12 and 13 years old). Lusik works as a cleaner in the village school. She is the only breadwinner of the family. To be able to make ends meet, Lusik also breeds livestock (a cow and hens), and cultivates peach, apple, pear and walnut.
With all the hard work, Lusik is hardly able to meet the growing needs of her family. She currently needs to enlarge the livestock a bit to cover the basic costs of the family. A loan of 1,500 will be a big support to this hardworking woman and her family, enabling her to purchase a cow, some forage for the livestock and to make previous credit repayments.
Lusik and her family rely on the good will of the lenders and will be very grateful to them for helping them collect the needed amount of loan to sustain their lives.
