Created on September 18, 2013 at its inauguration in the public square of the village, this "banc villageois" loan group comprises women determined to undertake income-generating activities and strengthen their financial capabilities. They have lived in the same village for decades and maintain relations of solidarity and mutual aid. They are active in running small businesses.

Mrs. Rocky (in the inset and sitting to the right), is the group's featured borrower. She is 44 years old, married and mother of four children including two girls and two boys.

Her business is to retail food products namely: rice, refined oil, green tea. She buys in one of the sub-region's weekly markets for subsequent retail sales.

With this new loan, she intends to buy two 50-kilo bags of rice at 12,500 CFA francs each, one 50-kilo bag of powdered sugar at 20,000 CFA francs and green tea for 5,000 CFA francs.

She will use the profits to assist her husband in managing the children's schooling.

Créer ce 18 septembre 2013 à l’occasion de son inauguration dans la place publique du village, ce banc villageois compte en son sein des femmes déterminées à entreprendre des activités génératrices de revenu et de renforcer leur capacité de financement. Elles vivent dans un même village depuis plusieurs décennies et entretiennent des relations de solidarité et d’entre aide. Elles s’activent dans le petit commerce.

Madame Rocky (en médaillon vers le haut et à droite), l’emprunteuse vedette du groupe. Elle est âgée 44 ans, mariée et mère de 04 enfants dont 02 filles et 02 garçons. Son activité s’inscrit dans la vente de produits alimentaires à savoir : le riz, l’huile raffinée, le thé vert, …. Qu’elle achète dans un marché hebdomadaire de la sous région pour la revente par détail.

Avec ce nouveau crédit, elle compte acheter deux sacs de riz de 50 kilos à 12 500 F CFA l’unité, 01 sac de sucre en poudre de 50 kilos à 20 000 F CFA et du thé vert pour 5 000 F CFA.

Elle utilisera les bénéfices à soutenir son mari dans la gestion de la scolarité des enfants.
