Anna is from Voxji village of Shirak region. She lives with her ten-year-old son and eight-year-old daughter.
Anna has been a school teacher for many years. The teachers' salary, however, is so low, that she cannot afford a living based on that salary alone. Anna is also engaged in breeding livestock of cows and sheep, in beekeeping and in cultivation of wheat, potatoes, apples and pears. Anna is very hard-working and takes the initiative to do a variety of things to earn a living for her family.
Anna currently needs to find more sources of income to be able to meet the needs of her family. A loan of USD 1,200 will be a huge support to Anna and will enable her to purchase wheat and barley seeds, to buy some forage for the livestock, to purchase fuel for agricultural machinery and to pay for harvesting services.
Anna relies on the good will of the lenders and will be very grateful to them for helping her sustain her agribusiness.
