Mary is 50 years old and lives with her husband and four children in Margibi county, which is the largest producing rubber plantation in Liberia. All her children are in school and are between 15 and 25 years old.
For three years now she has been involved with a business at the market. She was taught how to sell by her aunty. She started this business by selling fufu (dough made of cassava) in the market. Now she makes more profit and has more customers.
She is asking for a loan to buy more fresh fish for her business. Her plan is to expand her business even more.
