Mach, aged 45, is a farmer who lives with her children in a public gathering area of Prey Chor district, Kampong Cham province. She has been in this occupation for more than 30 years and rice farming is the sole source of her family’s income. With the income generated from the harvested crop, she was able to provide daily meals and allowance for her children.
Mach has applied for a loan of 1,000 US dollars in order to buy a motorcycle, which will be used to serve as transportation for one of her children to commute to work. This motorcycle will facilitate in their transportation needs and reduce unwanted expenses for taxi on a monthly basis. She thanks lenders for this constant support.
