Racheal lives in the coastal region of Kenya with her family: her husband and their ten children. She lives in her own house that has neither piped water nor electricity.
She sells timber to passersby and neighbors. She has been in this business for the last five years. She cites seasonality and transportation costs as her major challenges.
Racheal is requesting a loan to purchase more timber for resale. She expects to do this without any difficulties and to continue working without any problems.
