Mrs. Sok L. was born in 1963 and she is now a fruit seller in the local market in the village. Since her business is going well, Mrs. Sok L. wants to expand her business. Therefore she decided to ask for a loan to buy more kinds of fruit to meet her customers' demand. Her husband, Mr. Chhun Mech, is a palm juice collector who gathers juice to process into palm sugar or palm wine. He also assists in his wife's business when he has free time. Mrs. Sok L. has six children, two of whom are workers who make palm sugar for middlemen. They can make a small income to support their family. The remaining four children are attending high school.
