Noel is a 28-year-old man from the town of Talibon, Bohol. He is married with three children ages 1, 3 and 6.
Noel has been fisherman for eight years now in order to support his family. He works hard so he can provide for his children.
He is asking for a loan to buy diesel, engine oil, flashlight, battery and rice for his family. He is determined to improve his fishing inputs so he can be more productive and he can sustain his family's needs.
In the future, he hopes to be able to send all his children to school.
