With 19 years of experience in the banking industry, Vanessa is now the assistant vice president and branch sales manager of a major national bank. She is also an ambitious entrepreneur and the owner of a real estate consulting business.
Vanessa established her business in 2006 buying and selling real estate as well as managing properties and helping people buy homes. Her clients range from first time homebuyers to small business owners. At one point, she was providing business advice under the business name “The 411” because her expertise spanned so many areas.
It is that expertise and experience, paired with creativity, that sets Vanessa’s business apart. Vanessa’s goal is to be able to manage her business full-time and move toward 100% self-employment. She would like to purchase commercial buildings in order to produce rental income and expand on her consulting services.
The money from this loan will go towards purchasing office equipment, including a computer and scanner, to build on Vanessa’s ambitions. Eventually, she hopes to create more jobs through her business to help develop the local economy.
