Gayane is a private entrepreneur from the village of Lernagog in Armavir region. She lives with her daughter and son. The latter has migrated to Russia as he couldn't find any employment opportunities in his homeland to be able to take care of the family.
Gayane currently runs a small local store where she sells different grocery products, some clothes, and glassware. The assortment of goods she sells in the store is not that big and needs to be updated from time to time in order for the store to function properly.
Gayane now needs a loan of USD 3,000 to purchase new goods (grocery products, clothes and glassware) to resell in her small store. She and her family greatly rely on the goodwill of the lenders who support them to collect the needed amount of loan to sustain their small business.
