Esther is a 47-year-old very industrious lady who supports a family of five members, including two of her grandchildren. She learned about Kadet from a loan officer who was doing a marketing campaign in Narok town.
Esther runs a bookstore as well as supplies books and other studying materials to the schools within Narok town. Her monthly income is approximately KES 150,000. She has acquired her first loan of KES 100,000 which will facilitate her buying books in bulk, especially as now when most of the schools are re-opening for their third term.
The increased proceeds will be used to develop her plot of land. Her dream is to be the major book supplier in the region.
