Gaudius is 32 years old and married with six children and one dependent, whom he looks after due to the death of his parents. Gaudius is an agriculturalist who majorly deals in coffee growing. He owns about four acres of coffee plantation in his region. He also operates a retail shop of UGX (Ugandan shillings) 1,000,000 capital, where he generates additional income to supplement his income.

From the income realized from coffee sales, he has managed to look after his family and construct for them a permanent house. However, Gaudius’ biggest challenge is inadequate income to pay school fees for his children. On top of that, seasonal changes affected his earnings, as most of his coffee was hit by sunshine and dried up.

He is applying for a loan of 800,000 Ugandan shillings to buy fertilizers for his coffee plantation.

His dream is to see all his children study up to university.

Gaudius is honest and hardworking.
