Arsen is from Gyumri town. He lives with his wife, mother and three grown-up sons. For sustaining his family, Arsen has been providing taxi service to locals for many years. In order to help her son, Arsen's mother sells clothing in neighbouring villages and earns income which helps Arsen to cover some of the family's costs.

Unfortunately now the car that Arsen drives as a taxi needs to be renovated and Arsen has no financial means for doing that. He is asking for this loan to purchase four tires and renovate the engine. This will greatly help Arsen to continue his taxi driving business and sustain his family

Arsen has now been approved for a loan within the framework of a new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF international. The start-up loan program provides business start-up loans with soft conditions to informal businesses that do not have access to credit products. So, the support of lenders is very important for Arsen and his family and will greatly assist them.
