Mr.Battulga is 35 years old and lives with his wife and two sons in a ger, the traditional nomadic tent, in the Uvs province of Mongolia.
He and his wife Enhtuya started their family business, a butcher shop, in a rental counter of a local market in 2002. They purchase livestock from herders in countryside and sell fresh meat to local customers.
