La señora María Blanca es costurera con una experiencia de 19 años, trabaja con su maquina de costura, confeccionando y arreglando todo tipo de prendas de vestir. También se dedica a la venta de pan todas las madrugada por el centro de la cuidad. Su esposo es Obrero en el departamento de Mantenimiento en una empresa, ambas personas tienen muchas ganas de superarse, por esa razón es que necesitan realizar una refacción y construcción, ya que su vivienda se encuentra dañada por las lluvias y por el paso del tiempo, actualmente tienen un cuarto en proceso de construcción que no pudieron concluir porque el señor tubo un accidente el año 2012, ahora que esta estable el señor piensa concluirlo, por esa razón es que solicita el crédito.
