Monica is 39 years old and from the town of Talibon, Bohol. She is married with three children ages 11 to 15. Her husband is a fisherman. Monica helps in making sure that his needs for fishing are looked after. Their business started 10 years ago.
She is asking for a loan to buy an engine, which is very important in their fishing boat. Their income provides food and pays for the school fees of her children.
In the future, she hopes to expand her business and increase the business profitability for her children’s education.
