Blanca has always dreamt of becoming a chef. Blanca was accepted into the Instituto Nueva Bolivia and now with the chance to achieve her dream is concerned about affording graduation fees. Often there are fees for earning your title in culinary arts before graduating. She plans on graduating in December, 2013 but without a loan from Vittana she thinks that she may need to take time off to work and save until she can return to school.
Blanca currently works 30 hours a week as a phone operator and earns $6 a day. One of her biggest challenges has been making time to work and go to school. With a career in culinary arts, she expects to earn $25 a day. With one older sibling attending college already, Blanca is unsure how she will be able to finance her education on her own without the assistance of a Vittana Loan.
