Svetlana
Svetlana lives a village in her own home with her husband and two children. Svetlana works in a grocery store. Her husband works as a security guard in a grain warehouse and their children attend school. Currently, the house in which she lives has stove heating, that is to say, Svetlana and her husband use coal and firewood. It is very expensive and ineffective. Svetlana and her husband want to install natural gas in their home (a gas line runs along their street) and acquire a gas boiler. For this reason, Svetlana is requesting a loan in the amount of 20,000 hryvnia. Natural gas heating wastes less energy, thus Svetlana will be able to reduce her energy expenses and decrease her family's expenditures on heating in the winter months.
