A loan of $450 helped to pay for graduation fees.

Tayna Adela's story

Tayna has always dreamt of becoming a lawyer. She was accepted into the Universidad Autonoma Tomas Frias, and now with the chance to achieve her dream, is concerned about affording tuition fees. She plans on graduating in December, 2013, but without a loan from Vittana, she fears that she will need to defer her graduation.

With a loan, Tayna plans to cover the cost of her graduation fees. Often there are fees for earning your title in law before graduating. In addition to her responsibilities at school, Tayna currently works 30 hours a week and earns $5 a day. With a career in law, she expects to earn $17 a day, a substantial increase from before.

As the youngest of five, with one older sibling attending college already, Tayna is unsure how she will be able to finance her education on her own without the assistance of a Vittana loan.
