Artan started to build a stable for his animals, yet he can’t finish it because he is short of money. He is photographed in front of the unfinished stable.
“I had a very bad stable for the animals, covered with some cardboard," Artan said, "and the animals were sleeping under very bad conditions. And imagine, in our region the winters are extremely cold and snow. So I thought that building a brand new stable would help animals rest and sleep better.”
The loan that he is applying for will help him achieve that. Artan is 35 years old and has two school-aged children, 12 and 9 years old.
