Malika is a student of the American University of Central Asia, department of International and Comparative Politics. Below is the story of Malika:
“My name is Malika. This year I have graduated from secondary school in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and enrolled in the American University of Central Asia, department of International and Comparative Politics. That was my dream, and I am so happy to become a student of one of the prestigious universities of Central Asia that gives the best education to its students. I believe that I will be able to achieve my goals after graduating from AUCA. I am a diligent student and would like to work in international organizations after graduation.
I have played a very active role in the social life of my school and in general. Social activities really bring me pleasure. There were so many competitions that I took part of in my life. One of them was the Turkish Olympiad, which I aimed myself to win. I tried it every year from 7th to 10th grade and I won. The finalists were sent to Turkey, so I visited Turkey. Lots of school children were representing other countries too and I was so proud to represent my country.
It was an exciting trip, and I won bronze medal for my presentation. I wished I've won 1st though. But I am sure, I will be able to do so in the future. While in Turkey, I deeply felt how much I love my country, and I represented all the best things we have: our national dress, our hospitality, etc.
Moreover, my presentation was about “Manas”, which I think was a great thing to share with others. All people wanted to take a picture with me and I was so excited about that. I also took an active part in many other extracurricular activities in my school.
I believe that both my educational background and all the mentioned above will allow me to be one of the best students of AUCA. I will try to be one of top students.”
