Ismanto
The story of Dewi, daughter of Ismanto:

I chose accounting as a major because I think it is the most suited to me. Beside that, it is more fun if compared with others. The little hard thing for me was making an adaptation with new environment but now, I am glad because I have many new friends. Thanks to KIVA lenders, you give me a chance to carry on my studies. I hope I can reach my dream. My family is also happy because of you.

My hometown is Brebeg village, Jeruklegi subdistrict, Cilacap Regency, Mid Java Province, Indonesia. The roads around my village are bad, many holes, muddy and rocky. It’s difficult to use them. My father is a simple laborer. His salary is very low and not sufficient to fulfill our needs. He earns around Rp.350,000. The number of children in our family is seven. Their ages are : 30, 28, 19, 15 years old (me), 10 and 8 years old. The children who are still at school are Sulastri (10), Mery Analisa (19), Hesti Anggraeni (8), and me.

This loan can improve my life and family. It can help me to continue my studies until the end of my time in school. I will learn accounting because I want to be a good and professional accountant.
