Rosalia is one of the members. She is 44 years old, married to Miguel and has one adult daughter who works. Miguel works as a bricklayer. Rosalia recounts that she always enjoyed work. It was eight years ago that with the support of her family she started to sell shoes, make her own money and contribute to the household expenses. She sells from her house in a little corridor where they covered a window to display the shoes to her friends, clients and neighbors who come to buy.

Palomas (Flat) es el nombre de un pequeño grupo integrado por 4 mujeres alegres y emprendedoras, cada una de ella desarrolla una actividad económica con el propósito de mejorar su calidad de vida. Este grupo se encuentra ubicado en una región pesquera ya que a las orillas de la comunidad se encuentra la laguna de Temaxcal la cual brinda empleo a muchas persona con la pesca.

Rosalia es una de los integrantes de dicho grupo, ella tiene la edad de 44 años, solo estudio la secundaria y está casada con Miguel que trabaja como albañil, ellos tuvieron una hija la cual ya es mayor de edad y trabaja.

Rosalia platica que siempre le ha gustado trabajar pero fue hace ocho años cuando con el apoyo de su familia inicio a vender calzado y ganar su propio dinero y contribuir con los gastos de su hogar.

Ella realiza sus ventas desde su hogar tiene un pequeño corredor en el cual coloca una vitrina en la que exhibe sus zapatos y sus amigos, clientes y vecinos acuden hacerle el gasto.
