Hugo Manuel
Hugo is a single 38 year-old man who lives in the city of Chincha with his parents. He is very hardworking and enthusiastic, and he devotes all of his efforts to providing for his family. Sadly, due to a lack of financial resources and the need to work, Hugo was not able to study for a professional degree.

On his own initiative, Hugo works in his small business raising and selling pigs and other livestock. He works every day for about 10 hours, and he believes that the business is going well because of his dedication and efforts.

Hugo is very grateful to the Kiva lenders, because thanks to the help they are providing he will be able to buy some more livestock (sheep, goats, and pigs). In this way, Hugo will expand his stock of animals for breeding so that he can continue to work and exert himself in order to achieve his greatest dream: to finish construction of his house.
