Carola dreams of working in international business but, without a degree, knows it may never be possible. Carola is currently attending the Instituto de Comercio Exterior y Aduanas working towards her degree in business. She plans on graduating in September 2014 but, without a loan from Vittana, she thinks that she may need to take time off to work and save until she can return to school.
Carola plans on using her loan to buy her school books. Up until now, she has been managing to get by without them, but it has become a challenge. With books and school supplies, she feels she will be able to get better grades.
Carola currently works 25 hours a week. One of her biggest challenges has been making time to work and go to school. With a career in business, she expects to earn $30 a day – a substantial increase from before. With one older sibling already attending college, Carola is unsure how she would be able to afford her tuition fees on her own without the assistance of a Vittana loan.
