En el balneario San Clemente en Portoviejo cada quince días se reúne el Banco Comunal 1 de Diciembre. Este lugar es conocido por sus hermosas playas que son visitadas por muchos turistas nacionales y extranjeros, su gastronomía es muy variada y deliciosa.
En este lugar vive la señora Carmen, tiene 43 años de edad, está casada y de esta relación tienen dos hijos de 20 y 15 años, el mayor de sus hijos es discapacitado y el menor estudia en colegio. Su esposo es comerciante.

Doña Carmen con su esposo se dedican a la venta de larvas de camarón, para lo cual cuentan con un laboratorio donde ellos cultivan y alimentan estas larvas para luego llevarlas a vender a camaroneras tanto dentro de la ciudad como fuera de ellas, es un proceso un tanto delicado ya que ellos compran los huevecillos del camarón y en su laboratorio los van incubando y alimentando para que tengan un buen desarrollo, llevan más de 15 años en este negocio y les va muy bien.

Este crédito es para comprar larvas de camarón y alimento para que estos tengan un buen desarrollo. Está en el Banco Comunal 5 años y le gusta porque los intereses son muy bajos.
