Alfredo makes a living growing cabbage a few kilometres from his home. He learned this trade from a young age, with his father. Seeing a need to start his own business, Alfredo decided to grow and sell his product - this has given him good profits and a good income.

Given his good profits, Alfredo has continued with this work and now has ten years experience. He is applying for a loan of 3500 Qetzal in order to buy cabbage baskets and organic manure. With this he can continue growing and harvesting cabbage, and can improve his income in order to support his family.
