Victor is single and has no children. He lives in a home of his own, with three bedrooms, located in the Miraflores are of La Paz.
He works eight hours a day for a public agency and is asking for a loan because he wants a higher education so he can improve his income, as he has to pay for all his food and basic expenses with his small salary. Victor’s dream is to increase his income and quality of life in order to have more comfort and security.

Actualmente trabaja por mas de ocho horas al día en una entidad publica en el área de sistemas es por eso que solicita el crédito ya que desea realizar los cursos de estudios superiores para mejorar sus ingresos ya que con lo poco que gana debe cubrir el pago de alimentación y pago de servicios básicos.
El sueño de Víctor, es mejorar sus ingresos para mejorar su calidad de vida y tener mas comodidad y seguridad.
IMPRO is a small non-profit organization that has been offering micro credit to the working poor in the Bolivian cities of La Paz and El Alto since 1995. IMPRO’s goal is to fight poverty by offering loans to small business owners who cannot access credit through the regular banking system due to a lack of guarantees or collateral.
To ensure that everyone has access to credit, IMPRO maintains a low interest rate by minimizing operational costs. IMPRO’s partnership with Kiva, which began in 2007, has allowed IMPRO to expand its services while maintaining these low interest rates.
