Mary is 58 years old and is supporting two children aged 24 and 18 years old.
She has a retail shop in Ndunyu Mjeru which she has operated for five years. She has applied for her sixth loan from Kadet Ltd. to enable her to buy a stock of rice, flour and buckets, among others, now that she has paid back her previous loan on time. With the anticipated profit, she plans to boost her business and pay school fees.
She hopes to expand her retail business so as to improve the living standards of her family.
