Nafisa is a married woman with six children, all of whom attend school. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees.
For the past three years, she has operated a business of selling leso cloths (women's wraps) and handbags. She faces a major challenge of seasonality in her place of operation. She dreams of expanding to become a big supplier of clothes in the future.
With the KES 30,000 she wants to purchase 30 pieces of Lesos and handbags for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
