John is 35 years old and a farmer. He is married to Agnes, who practices horticulture. They are blessed with two children. John has been farming for the past three years, with a monthly income of KES 3,700, which he uses for his family’s upkeep.
John is applying for his second loan term with Kenya Agency for Development of Enterprise and Technology (KADET), after successfully repaying the previous loan. He will use the loan to buy fertilizer and seedlings.
With the expected profit from his farm, John will expand his farming to large-scale farming. His hope and dream is to be a large-scale farmer in horticulture.
