Nzadze is a married woman with three children, two in school and one who is still underage. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past two years, she has operated a charcoal-selling business. She sells from home to her neighbours and passersby. Her major challenge in the business is the high cost of transportation.
With the loan she is requesting she wants to purchase 20 bags of charcoal for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
