Osman is 30 years old and married with 2 children who are 4 and 8 years old, respectively. He runs a phone accessories business in Tombo Western rural area in Sierra Leone. One of his children is going to school and he has one additional dependent at home.
He has been in this business since 2001 and sells a variety of phone accessories within a busy market area. He says that the main challenge to his business is insufficient capital for expansion.
Osman requested this loan through BRAC Sierra Leone to purchase a variety of phone accessories for his shop and calling centre. He says that the extra income from this loan will help him repay his loan and increase his business. In the future, he would like to expand his business more. He is grateful for your support.
