Yeny, tiene 41 años de edad, es casada, tiene 3 hijos y vive en el municipio de San Pedro Sula con su familia. ella siempre se ha dedicado al comercio, inicio vendiendo mercadería como ropa. Hace tres años decidió elaborar y vender baleadas (tortilla de harina rellena con frijoles, huevo, queso etc.), pastelitos de harina de maíz rellenos con carne y pupusas de chicharrón o quesillo. Este negocio lo tiene establecido en un local que alquila en el mercado local. Para suplir de materia prima ha decidido solicitar otro préstamo a ODEF el cual es por 12,500 Lempiras, y comprara harina, carnes, condimentos, manteca, frijoles y otros. Su sueño es llegar a tener otro negocio para darle un buen futuro a su familia.
