Hiep was born in 1959. She has two children who have their own families. One makes aluminum frames and the other is a medical staff member in a ward. Hiep’s husband is a staff member in a ward and his income is about 3,000,000 VND per month. Hiep breeds chicken to earn a living. She earns about 2,500,000 VND per month. Hiep has done this job for 25 years. Her family’s total earnings are about 10,500,000 VND per month.
Hiep's challenge in life and work is the lack of capital to buy more chickens for her farm. Her dream is to have a more spacious house and to expand the scale of her breeding business. This loan is one of the steps that will help her reach this dream. She can invest it in her breeding business to gain earnings and save profit for her family’s life.
Hiep is a hardworking woman and is passionate about business. She has participated in SEDA's microfinance program since 2012. In the last loan cycle, she borrowed 5,152,000 VND and repaid on time. In this new loan cycle, she would like to borrow 6,496,000 VND to buy more chickens to expand the scale of her breeding business.
