Shemsi
Shemsi is a 31-year-old, single male. He is living with his entire family in his parents' house in a small village in the mountains, about 7 km from the city. In order to earn a living, he works together with his brother and his father in a private company as a construction worker. Also, based on family tradition, Shemsi works in agriculture, keeping a cow to reduce the cost for milk and milk products.

Shemsi has recently sold the cow that he had for several years when the family needed additional income. Now, in order for Shemsi to increase his income for his family again, he is asking for a loan to buy a new cow. With this cow, he is planning to reduce the milk and milk-product costs for his family. Shemsi hopes that he will benefit in the future to improve his family's living conditions, and his real goal is to have a better future. Shemsi wants to thank all Kiva lenders.
