El señor Domingo es casado, tiene 46 años de edad, no le dieron la oportunidad de estudiar ya que tenia que ayudar a sus padres con el trabajo, tiene 5 hijos y 4 de ellos estan estudiando, se dedica a la agricultura, específicamente a la siembra de cardamomo, inició este negocio desde niño ayudando a sus padres y hasta la fecha lleva 35 años de experiencia.

Organiza un grupo y solicita un préstamo que lo utilizará para la limpieza de cardamomo, desea en el futuro proximo tener mas terreno para sembrar cardamomo. Los demás integrantes del grupo se dedican a la siembra de cardamomo y mania. En la fotografia aparecen 19 integrantes pero, solamente a 18 de ellos se le concedio el préstamo.
